Presently less than 2 percent of the beef produced in the United States qualifies for a “USDA Prime” status – the highest USDA rating available... Our confidential aging process allows us to provide top-of-the-scale quality levels with superior flavor and tenderness at a truly affordable price. No other steakhouse in a 200-mile radius can provide these levels of quality at the low prices our customers can enjoy.
